Refund policy

Manolis MD is dedicated to transforming your skin. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please go to our 'Returns and Exchanges' page and fill out your order information, or contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase. We back up our products and want you to be 100% satisfied.

​If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for an exchange or refund of the item(s). All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need your order number to return product(s). Send us a quick email if you need help attaining your order number.

Policy Details
  • Any product issues must be reported within 30 days of shipping.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from www.manolismdskincare.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

All returns are subject to validation and approval by manolismdskincare.com. Manolis MD Skin Care reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Broken/Damaged Items
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim. If possible, please take a picture of the box and/or any damages and retain those for any claims. Thank you.
